91 Freeway Closures for Bridge Construction and Police Chase

Starting May 28, 2024, all lanes of the westbound Highway 91 will be closed overnight at Artesia for bridge construction. The closures will take place Monday through Wednesday each week from 8:01 PM to 5:00 AM. The closures are part of the Riverside County Transportation Commission's 7191 Interchange Project.
